1890's OLD TIME CONVERTIBLE GONDOLA KIT

The convertible gondola was used in the late 1800's for odd shapes loads that wouldn't fit conventional box cars. This included large objects as well as various types of earth,gravel, ore, etc.Just by removing the ends and sides of this gondola it became a flat car. This kit can be assembled in one evening. The kit makes up as a gondola since the sides are glued on. Fox or Archbar trucks (not furnished) look good on this model. Decals not included.
